Our designer's objective is to stretch our client's dollars to gain style, and achieve "ultimate" display space! To do this, takes a West Coast Fixtures expert! Our designers all have backgrounds in retail, grocery, and restaurant merchandising. They excel in Advanced CAD Software, estimating, and CNC Machine programming - creating stunning sign design, fixtures & product displays. Their 3D images and plots, allow us and our client(s) to see the piece's functionality, and show all of us where it will be placed in the client's establishment. Often our team needs to visualize the whole picture in order to create prominent displays and fixtures. This brings up a valid point here at West Coast Fixtures. Our designers and project managers are under the same roof as our expert CNC programmer running the automated machines. This enables immediate problem solving in production. There is no breakdown in communication via e-mails, text messages or endless phone calls. They simply walk to the other station, and resolve issues first-hand. The end result; the client's budget and schedule isn't taking a beating by unnecessary change orders or mistakes that could have been avoided.
Whether you bring us a finished architectural rendering or share with us, a thought straight from your wildest imagination...our designers can expand on your idea. They will develop a program file just for your display or fixture for our CNC Machines to cut a precise pattern [either out of wood or metal] for a functional model or a visual prototype to your specifications.
What's the difference, [you ask] between developing the model and or making a prototype? The model is made exactly to your specifications: materials, size and function. A model is produced when the client is confident in its intentions. The prototype is made from whatever material we have available to produce a scaled replica. If a customer brings in or sends us their own plan or rendering that they feel is lacking in style, not sure about its overall design or they're not confident in its actual functionality, we will recommend letting us build a prototype. We value our customer's concerns, we will not design or build them second best anything!

Our millwork products will arrive intact and on time, and at a competitive rate as possible. That's if we cannot make the delivery ourselves. Yes, we have our own trucks!
